Mrirt to customize
Mrirt to customize
Customize this rug the size and colors of your choice!
For this pattern we have been inspired by the zellige tiles used for floorings in Morocco.
Background color of this one pictured is an ivory cream with terracotta (like a light brick color) blocks but we offer to make it using the color combo of your choice! Doesn't have to be a cream background if you would rather to go for a more colorful or moody option.
Your rug will be made using premium quality, soft sheep wool 100%. Medium pile, thick and heavy, those Mrirt rugs are a super comfortable texture and do not shed.
They are made in the area of Khenifra, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. Groups of women there still weave by hand on traditional, vertical looms to make these new rugs.
We offer you to get a rug the size you need! We have some standard options available with prices for each but feel free to contact us if you need your rug in a very specific size! (We can make runners too!)
How does it work?
To confirm your order, you can pay total here online or a 50% deposit by contacting us: email@example.com
From that payment you make, we need 3 full months to get your rug finished. That time line includes a long washing process that could not be skipped: the incredible softness of your rug is the result of several cleaning sessions.
When we receive the rug in Marrakech after 3 months, we take several photos and videos so you can see the result and confirm your order.
If you already paid 100% and you're happy with your rug, we won't lose more time and will ship it immediately! If you paid a 50% deposit, we will ask you for the remaining 50% and then will ship your rug. If the rug doesn't match your expectations for any reasons, we refund the payment you made straight away.
Of course we are at your disposal if you need extra info about the process of making a custom rug. Feel free to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*The rug pictured is a 8.2x10feet / 250x305cm rug. Pictures were taken in my bright and all white studio in Marrakech. They have been edited but colors are accurate.
