How beautiful is this one!! I think it comes from the Azilal area but not sure 100%. What made me grab that rug straight away is the unusual plant themed pattern. I see 4 pots with plants climbing and reaching each others and a serie of diamonds in the middle. The composition is just perfect and the colors are super bright: bright red, cream and subtle touches of green. Such a unique item!
The rug is a comfortable and soft mix of wool and cotton on a goat hair base. Medium pile.
Approximate dimensions are 4.8x10.7feet (+2inches tassels) / 148x328cm (+5cm tassels). The rug has not been cut and will come in its original shape.
Please note that this rug is real vintage, meaning that it has been made first for a private use, not directly for the market. It will come with light signs of age. That said, the rug has been nicely fixed and cleaned and is now in excellent condition as you can see on the pictures attached, shows no stains or ugly repairs.
