How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free wherever you are located!
Which company handles the shipment?
We usually team up with DHL or FedEx for international shipping, both fast and safe. If you need your item to be delivered in Europe, we may use Aramex instead or a local transporter.
Where do you ship from?
All our items are sourced in Morocco and we do ship from Marrakech.
Can I track my order?
Sure! Once your package is shipped, we send you the tracking number so you can track your order and check delivery status online.
How long does it take to ship my order once confirmed?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days for us to ship your item. If the item you ordered needs extra cleaning or last minute fixes we will warn you but it should not take more than one week for us to get your item ready!
How long does it take once my order has shipped?
Orders that are shipped with DHL and FedEx usually take 7 working days or less to be delivered to you. It may take up to 15 working days with Aramex or local transporter.
Why do you need my phone number?
The delivery company may need to reach you when they are about to deliver. This is why we need a phone number where to reach you.
What about tax and duties?
Customers are responsible for extra taxes or customs fees and should check their local customs regulations. Feel free to reach us prior to your purchase if you have any questions.
Can I return my rug?
We put an extra attention in our listings so you have all the details about the items, from size to extra info on the condition, and of course detailed, accurate pictures. Please make sure you check the full listing before purchasing as we don't accept returns, unless the item is damaged during transport.
Will my rug be clean when I receive it?
Yes! All our rugs are cleaned before packing.
How long does it take to get a custom rug?
We need about 3 months to weave and clean your custom rug properly.
What if I want a very special rug?

How do I clean my rug?
Vacuum regularly. For deep cleaning, use soap and water, or a professional cleaner. For small stains, treat locally with a mix of wool detergent and warm water.
