I selected this beautiful rug from piles of carpets because I have always loved a good vintage Taznakht rug with bright, warm colors. Background of this one is a faded red/blood orange I would say with peach and orange designs. Like most of the vintage rugs from this tribe, the composition is made of a big, floral design in the center part surrounded with smaller designs in each corners. A moroccan rug that shows timeless orientalist inspirations.
Tight weaving which is typical from the Taznakht tribe. Low pile, silky and soft wool 100%.
Approximate dimensions are 3.7x5.7feet / 114x174cm.
The rug has not been cut and comes in its original shape.
This rug is real vintage, meaning that it has been made first for a private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of age. That siad, it shows no stains or obvious fixes and is in a great vintage condition!
