This beautiful vintage Boujad rug is a collector rug!

It shows such fresh colors and a great composition made of abstract designs in unregular lines. Love how the black designs come in a broken line under the big bold diamond -which is the main traditional berber design for feminity. The whole rug is so vibrant with pops of yellow and royal blue over a main purple and red combo.

This handmade rug definitely is a unique piece of berber art!

The rug is made of wool 100% and is a medium pile, very soft and comfortable under your feet. Original colors that have not been artificially faded.

Pictures were taken in my bright and all white studio in Marrakech. They have been edited but colors are accurate. Please take time to check all detailed pictures, so you can see the beautiful work on this rug!

Dimensions

Approximate dimensions are 5.9x11feet (+4inches tassels) / 180x338cm (+10cm tassels).
The rug has not been cut and will come in its original shape.

You can vacuum your rug from time to time. If you happen to pour something on your rug, use a little bit of soft detergent and warm water, let it dry and then brush gently.
