This modern-style, original Beni Mrirt rug was all handmade in the area of Khenifra, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. Groups of women there still weave by hand on traditional, vertical looms to make these new rugs!

The pattern on this rug is the classic lines in unregular diamonds, for your contemporary, scandinavian interior. The background of the rug is a light beige with black lines.

This rug is made of premium quality, soft sheep wool 100%. Medium pile and comfortable underfeet!

Condition

This rug is newly-made, meaning that it will come to you all clean and in excellent condition!
You may spot a folding mark in the center of the rug but this will go away with use.

Care guide

You can vacuum your rug from time to time. If you happen to pour something on your rug, use a little bit of soft detergent and warm water, let it dry and then brush gently.
