I am so happy I can bring this beautiful rug to the selection! This unique, vintage runner rug was sourced in the area of Ait Bouguemez, Morocco. It is a real vintage Azilal rug with light signs of age but in an beautiful condition overall that shows such great colors and designs! Background is several tones of orange from bright to faded, with large yellow and blue stars surrounding series of arrows or ladders in black in the center part of the rug. Small berber symbols in blue in the heart of almost all the stars finish the composition. Such a cool luminous rug!
The rug is made of wool and cotton and is a low pile.
Approximate dimensions are 3x10feet / 91x305cm (+tiny tassels on each endings).
The rug has not been cut and comes in its original shape and original colors that were not artificially faded.
Please note that this rug is vintage, meaning that it has been made first for a private use, not directly for the market. It will come with light signs of use. That said, the rug is all clean and is in great vintage condition, shows no stains or obvious repairs.
