I have always loved a neutral, vintage Beni Ourain rug with diamonds pattern!
This one shows a rustic look with busy diamond, vegetal and zigzag designs. Background is a beige with black designs and subtle touches of corral pink and faded green. Definitely a super lovely rug!
The rug is a comfortable and soft, wool 100%, quite light, medium to low pile.
Approximate dimensions are 6.1x7.4feet (+6inches tassels) / 188x228cm (+15cm tassels). The rug has been shortened because of severe damages on one ending. It will come with a brand new border on one ending and tassels on the opposit one. Due to the handmade weaving work, it is not perfectly rectangle as you can see on the pictures attached.
Please note again that this rug is real vintage, meaning that it was made first for a private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of age, like some worn spots in pile. That said it has been nicely fixed and is now in beautiful condition!
