Cleaning before shipping is included in final price.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
All items will be shipped from Marrakech, Morocco. I ship worldwide.
I will pack your items in person, protecting them with bubbles plastic so they stay safe during transport.
It will take me 5 working days maximum to ship your package.
I use DHL for a fast and safe delivery. Of course, once your package is sent I give you the shipping number so you can check delivery status.
It usually takes less than 8 days for a package to be received in the U.S.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and a secure location. A telephone number is requested during order process so the delivery people can contact you in case they need any extra information.
CUSTOM TAXES
Customers are responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees charged by their local government. Customers in the U.S. won't have to pay for additional custom taxes, as there is a free trade agreement between the U.S. and Morocco on crafts.
Customers in other countries may have to pay for extra import taxes: I recommend that you ask the custom services of your country before purchasing.
RETURN
I don't accept returns or exchanges, unless items have been damaged in transport.
Please note that most of the items I sell here are vintage, meaning that they may come with imperfections due to their age or the way they've been made: all the items I have selected for the shop are handmade 100%. If there's anything special you need to know about the item, it will be specified in the listing. Also, we try to take the most honest pictures so you get a good idea of what the item really likes.
I select all the items very carefully here in Morocco, I ship worldwide and shipping is included in final price, wherever you need your item to be shipped.
That said, I don't want my customer to be unsatisfied with their order -I guess it can happen even if I do my best so it doesn't- so feel free to send me message at contact@shkoonshop.com if there's anything wrong with your order.
