Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, Europe and UK!
If you live in another country, the shipping rate will be calculate during checkout.
We use to work with DHL. For special reasons we sometimes use FedEx. Both offer fast and safe delivery. We ship worldwide from Marrakech, Morocco.
Once your order is confirmed, it takes 5 working days maximum to ship your order, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, it usually takes 3 to 8 working days for an order to be received in the US.
Once your package is shipped, we send you the shipping number so you can track your order and check delivery status.
A phone number is requested during the order process so the delivery company can contact you in case they need any extra information.
Customers are responsible for any extra tax or custom fees charged by their local government. Customers in the US won't have to pay for additional custom taxes, as there is a free trade agreement between the US and Morocco on crafts.
Customers in other countries may have to pay for extra import taxes. In this case you will be invoiced by DHL or FedEx. We recommend that you check with the customs authorities of your country before ordering.
