Taznakht 2.4x3.2feet / 75x97cm

This tiny Taznakht rug is definitely a collector rug, with obvious flaws that give it a great character! I can easily spot it framed and hung on a wall!

Main color is a sapphire blue with black, yellow, blue and pink designs.

The rug is made of silky wool on a cotton base. Tight weaving which is typical from the Taznakht tribe. Low pile, the rug is almost flatweave. I recommend use of rug pads if you want to put it on the floor as it is very light.


Approximate dimensions are 2.4x3.2feet (+2inches tassels on each endings) / 75x97cm (+5cm tassels on each endings).
The rug has not been cut and comes in its original shape.


This rug is obviously real vintage, meaning that it has been made first for a private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of age, like those borders that are damaged. That said, it shows no stains or obvious repairs.
Again, I do love the rug like shown on the pictures attached but of course I would understand if you prefer to have the borders straightened. Feel free to let me know and I could have it fixed for free!
