Mrirt 9.7x12.6feet / 295x385cm

I have had this large, modern-style, quite moody Mrirt rug made by artisans in the area of Khenifra, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. Groups of women there still weave by hand on traditional, vertical looms to make these new rugs.

This rug is made of premium, soft wool 100%. Medium pile.

Main color I would call reddish grey, with a dark blue part on one ending and cream polka dots all over the rug. Tassels on each ending also are in  the cream tones.

Approximate dimensions are 9.7x12.6feet (+8inches tassels) / 295x385cm (+20cm tassels)

This rug is newly-made, meaning that it will come to you all clean and in excellent condition! As it is handmade, it may show some irregularities but it really is in a great shape.
