Mrirt 7.5x9.7feet / 230x295cm

I have had this large, modern-style, Mrirt rug made by artisans in the area of Khenifra, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. Groups of women there still weave by hand on traditional, vertical looms to make these new rugs.

This rug is made of premium quality, soft wool 100%. Medium pile.

Background color is an ivory cream with brick/rust/orangey lines.


Approximate dimensions are 7.5x9.7feet (+10cm tassels on each endings) / 230x295cm (+8cm tassels on each endings).


This rug is newly-made, meaning that it will come to you all clean and in excellent condition! As it is handmade, it may show some irregularities but it really is in a great shape.

Pictures were taken in my bright and all white studio in Marrakech, using outside light coming from large windows aside (no use of extra artificial light). Colors are accurate. Please take time to check all detailed pictures.
