Boujad 6.2-7.7x9feet / 190-235x275cm

I selected that vintage Boujad rug from piles of carpets because I think that it's an incredible piece with such beautiful colors and designs! The perfect area rug to bring warmth and character to your space!

Background of the rug is mostly purple with that red part on one ending. With designs in cream and black all over the rug: arrows, diamonds... and tiny characters!

This rug is made of wool 100%, low pile.


Approximate dimensions are 6.2 to 7.7x9feet (+2inches tassels) / 190 to 235x275cm (+5cm tassels).
Due to the handmade weaving technique, the rug is not perfectly rectangle but way much tighter where the red part is (6.2ft vs 7.7ft on the opposite ending). Hope that it's clear enough on the pictures attached.
The rug has been cut on both ending, probably because it was too damaged to keep its original shape. It now has a brand new border on one ending and tiny tassels on the other (that can be cut out if you prefer).


This rug is obviously real vintage, meaning that it's been made first for private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of wear and a little rustic feel. That said, it has been very nicely fixed and is now in great condition!
